Born and raised in Colorado has its advantages when it comes to real estate! As a Colorado native, I've watched the city of Denver grow first hand over the last 20 years and it has been a wild ride. I lived in the Sloan's Lake neighborhood for a decade between 2000 and 2011 and witnessed the transformation of the Highlands, LOHI, Sloan's Lake, Berkley and Edgewater first hand! I had a great run with my own interior painting and color consultation business serving these areas of North Denver during this boom of rehab and growth.

Many things since that time have drastically shaped today's housing market in Denver. From the crash of 2008 to the pandemic of 2020 and today, the market has responded in different ways that were both advantageous as well as presenting disadvantages or challenges to the homeowner or the homebuyer over the years.

The challenges of today's market takes a smart, as well as careful and thorough approach. My goal is to serve my clients with the best performance and generate the best possible outcome.
